The transition to adulthood is an exciting time! Families and young adults are preparing for life after school – including employment, independent living, sexuality and self-determination. During FACT Oregon’s Transition to Adulthood Virtual Summit attendees can choose sessions to help them prepare for the transition to adult life.
Sessions will include topics on:
Financial literacy and ABLE Saving Plan
Sexuality and self-determination
Education and transition programs
Whole life – supported decision making and independent living
