DESCRIPTION:DSNO is excited to offer another session of dance for kids ages 6-10 of all abilities. Come on out for a fun time of dance and play with dance instructor Cheryl Landazuri. In every class we start by circling up to get to know each other\, warm up\, learn/practice a choreographed routine\, take a game break\, cool down and close out with a class huddle cheer. The last class of the season will end with a performance and party with family and friends! This 10-class session for the Spring season starts April 1st. Registration details below. Otherwise\, review the benefits of a free membership and join today!\n \n\nKids Dance: Ages 6-10 | Tuesdays\, 3:45-4:30 PM\nLocation: Robinwood Station Community Center\nSpring Session: Apr 1 – Jun 3\nFee: $120 for 10-week session. Scholarships available here.\nBe sure to have kids where tennis shoes and comfortable clothing to dance and stretch in\, and don’t forget a labeled water bottle. Performance attire is TBD. \nNOTE: If your child tends to wander\, elope\, grab or touch equipment that is not a part of the class\, a parent/guardian/DSP or PSW is required to stay with the child as a 1:1 support the entire class time.  Please reach out to Cheryl with any questions or needs you may have. \n\nAbout Cheryl Landazuri\nCheryl has been dancing her entire life but started training when she was 12 years old. She was active on dance teams for 11 years which started in middle school and moved on to competitive dance with the Tigard High School Tigerettes. She was on the OSAA All State Dance Team and continued her love of dance on the Western Oregon University Dance Team for four years. Being hired as the Western Oregon University Dance Team Head Coach a year after graduation\, Cheryl coached her team through all home game performances and collegiate level dance competitions. She has choreographed for youth dance teams in Quito\, Ecuador\, and most recently has been teaching dance classes and summer camps for the DSNO for the past few years. In Cheryl’s classes\, you get to be yourself. Every person is a dancer and has much to share with the world. She can’t wait to dance with you!

Being hired as the Western Oregon University Dance Team Head Coach a year after graduation\, Cheryl coached her team through all home game performances and collegiate level dance competitions. She has choreographed for youth dance teams in Quito\, Ecuador\, and most recently has been teaching dance classes and summer camps for the DSNO for the past few years. Being hired as the Western Oregon University Dance Team Head Coach a year after graduation\, Cheryl coached her team through all home game performances and collegiate level dance competitions. She has choreographed for youth dance teams in Quito\, Ecuador\, and most recently has been teaching dance classes and summer camps for the DSNO for the past few years.
