DSNO Buddy Walk® | Sunday, September 24th, 2023

We invite you to host a resource table at DSNO Buddy Walk® 2023 for your business or nonprofit organization to build awareness of your programs, services or products. This year, DSNO Buddy Walk® is on Sunday, September 24th at Millennium Plaza Park in Lake Oswego. The fee to host a resource table is $75 for nonprofit organizations and $150 for businesses. We provide a six foot table, a table linen, and a small sign. You are welcome to bring your own sign as well. Setup begins at 9:30am, and the event officially begins at 10:00am. You are welcome to stay as long as you’d like, and most formal programming will begin slowing down around 1pm. Please submit your registration and payment below.

- I realize that there are certain inherent risks to this activity and I assume full responsibility for injury to myself or to any person that I have registered for this event including any family members, and further release and discharge Down Syndrome Network Oregon (“DSNO”) for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or any person I have registered’s participation in this activity whether caused by the negligent or willful conduct of myself, a person I have registered, DSNO, or a third party.
- I agree to indemnify and defend DSNO against all claims arising out of the participation in this event of myself or any person that I have registered.
- Furthermore, I also grant DSNO the right, at this event, to record, film, photograph, or capture my likeness in any media and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from me or any payment to me.
