Registration is $25 per person and includes participation in the pre-walk programming, walk, and lunch. We also recognize the different abilities to pay, and if you need assistance in order to attend, please email info@dsno.org and we will accommodate your need.

In exchange for the participation of myself and my family in this event, I agree to the following:

I realize that there are certain inherent risks to this activity and I assume full responsibility for injury to myself or to any person that I have registered for this event including any family members, and further release and discharge Down Syndrome Network Oregon (“DSNO”) for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or any person I have registered’s participation in this activity whether caused by the negligent or willful conduct of myself, a person I have registered, DSNO, or a third party.
I agree to indemnify and defend DSNO against all claims arising out of the participation in this event of myself or any person that I have registered.
Furthermore, I also grant DSNO the right, at this event, to record, film, photograph, or capture my likeness in any media and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from me or any payment to me.
