Fall season is just a few weeks away and it’s time for our fall dance routines! DSNO is excited to offer another season of dance for adults 18+ w/ dance instructor Cheryl Landazuri. Here at DSNO we love to party with the holidays, so, get ready for a few classic holiday songs and dances. From September-October, who you gonna call?? Ghostbusters! November-December we’ll begin “Deck the Rooftop” (Glee cast version) for our holiday close. Come learn new dance skills and routines while hanging out with friends! Registration details below, and each session is capped at 20 participants. Contact Cheryl with questions.

Adult Dance Clinic: Ages 18+ | Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30 PM

We are trying a new location! The West Linn Adult Community Center has a lovely dance hall with wood floors and plenty of space for our growing adult class.

Fee

$165. Scholarship requests available here.

Class Structure

  • “Circle Up” for our class connection time
  • Warm up – cardio and stretching
  • Learn and practice routine + other short dance segments
  • Cool down
  • Closing huddle cheer

Come to class wearing comfortable clothes you can stretch and sweat in, tennis shoes, and PLEASE bring your water bottle to every class.

About Cheryl Landazuri

Cheryl has been dancing her entire life but started training when she was 12 years old. She was active on dance teams for 11 years which started in middle school and moved on to competitive dance with the Tigard High School Tigerettes. She was on the OSAA All State Dance Team and continued her love of dance on the Western Oregon University Dance Team for four years. Being hired as the Western Oregon University Dance Team Head Coach a year after graduation, Cheryl coached her team through all home game performances and collegiate level dance competitions. She has choreographed for youth dance teams in Quito, Ecuador, and most recently has been teaching dance classes and summer camps for the DSNO for the past few years. In Cheryl’s classes, you get to be yourself. Every person is a dancer and has much to share with the world. She can’t wait to dance with you!
